b. Estimated delivery time is between 5-7 business days for most areas but may vary based on your location and the courier service.

c. In the case of unforeseen delays such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or any other disturbances, the delivery time may extend beyond our estimate.

3. Shipping Fees:

a. Shipping charges apply depending on the delivery location and size/weight of your order.

b. We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 1000.

c. For orders below INR 1000, a standard shipping charge of INR 99 will be applicable.

d. Please note that the cash-on-delivery option may incur additional charges.

4. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier service's website.

5. Undelivered Packages:

a. If the package is not delivered because of the customer's unavailability or incorrect address, it may be returned to us. In such a case, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

b. Any changes to the delivery address after the order is dispatched may result in additional charges.

6. Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow our return policy.

7. Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the damaged product or offer a refund, as per your preference.
